NO SHOW-NO CALL POLICY
At North Shore Salon & Day Spa, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our valued clients. To ensure the smooth running of our schedule and accommodate everyone's needs, we have implemented a No Show/No Call policy for appointment cancellations. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Notice: Clients must notify us of any appointment changes at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. This allows us to offer the slot to another client in need of our services.

No Show/No Call Fee: Failure to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for a cancellation will result in a minimum charge of $50. This fee will be applied to your account and must be settled before any future appointments can be scheduled.

Valid Reasons: We understand that emergencies can happen, and we will consider each case on an individual basis. Valid reasons for waiving the fee include illness, serious family emergencies, or inclement weather conditions that prevent safe travel.

Repeated Offenses: Clients with repeated instances of no show/no call may be subject to additional charges or risk being unable to schedule future appointments.
